Disc Springs

Description:

Disc spring washers from ITA Fasteners are angular fasteners with a conical center. They can be oriented in any direction to provide you with maximum versatility. They can be leveraged to provide maximum load bearing abilities in a small area of operation. The opposing force provided by the conical center can act as a powerful deflection combination to provide the structure with a high friction hold.

The washers can be used in series or parallel depending on the applications. In addition to that, they can be used with contact flats to spread the load evenly on uneven surfaces. They are used to convert load into progressive characteristics which complement the structure, equipment or component you are building. They are available in stainless steel, carbon steel, and alloy steel. They are heat treated to provide maximum durability and minimum wear and tear. They also come with an extremely long life, effectively needing replacement only once in a decade.
